Shipping methods and costs
We are currently only delivering to customers in Finland. However, we are working to enable shipments to other parts of the EU in the near future, so stay tuned!
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email from us when your shipment has been sent. We will also notify you by email of any delays. We use PostNord for all shipments. Once the package has been delivered, you will receive an arrival notification via SMS, email, or letter. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive a delivery notification from PostNord a few days after your package has been sent.
- We charge a flat rate of 4,90 € per shipment for all orders
- Orders of 50 EUR or more get free shipping
Product returns and exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, you can return it to us no later than 14 days after receiving the product. Please send an email to email@example.com before returning any products.
We will refund your payment using the same payment method you used to pay in the online store. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return, which we will deduct from the refundable amount.
For uncollected orders, we will charge a return fee of 4,90 €.
Please note that we can only accept unused products in their original packaging.
If you want to exchange the product for another item, you can return it to Green Mind and place a new order in the www.greenmind.fi online store. Replacing a product with another item also requires the product to be returned unused in its original packaging.
Please make prudent purchases to minimize the environmental impact of returning products. Please note that most of our products are versatile: for example, if for some reason the shampoo you ordered is not suitable for your hair, you can still use it for washing your body or hands.
Other problems or complaints
If the product has been lost or damaged during transport, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Notification of incorrect deliveries or defective products must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
